Calgary Mountain Tour & Transfer – Terms & Conditions

BILLING
Rates are determined at the time of your booking confirmation. Flat rate bookings may be subject to waiting time, extra stop, cancellation, no show and clean-up charges. Hourly bookings may be subject to cancellation, no show and clean-up charges. Hourly rates are rounded to the nearest quarter hour. Service charges can be paid by cash, cheque( after completing a credit card authorization form), credit card or billed to the clients corporate account. Calgary Mountain Tour & Transfer accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. The credit card card used at the time of booking must be presented by the cardholder at the time of pickup.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS
All bookings include a complimentary “Meet & Greet”. Calgary Mountain Tour & Transfer will monitor your flight and your chauffeur will meet you at your arrival gate with a sign displaying your name. If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, please call 403-874-4905. If you change or miss your flight you MUST notify our office at 403-874-4905, at least three hours prior to your originally scheduled arrival time. Failure to do so will result in a no show charge at full price. Waiting time charges will commence thirty(30) minutes after confirmed arrival time. Waiting time charges are based on the hourly rate for the vehicle round to the nearest 15 minute interval. We do not charge waiting time attributed to delayed flights. An airport fee of $6.75 will be added to all fares.

CLEANUP AND DAMAGE
Passenger assume full responsibility for all damage done to the vehicle. Excessive trash or unnecessary dirt left in vehicle may result in additional cleanup fees. If a passenger gets sick in the vehicle, a minimum $250.00 cleanup fee will apply.

NO SMOKING, ALCOHOL, IllEGAL SUBSTANCES/ DRUGS
All of our vehicles are NO SMOKING. No open Alcohol or Illegal substances/ drugs are to be carried in, or used in the vehicle, at any time. The driver may, at his sole discretion, terminate the trip , with no refunds, if passengers are to contravene these policies. The driver may, at his sole discretion, terminate the trip, with no refunds, if any illegal activity is to occur in the vehicle. Police may also be notified.

LOST ITEMS
The company and drivers shall not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicles. Passengers assume full responsibility for, any and all, lost, damaged, missing and stolen items left in the vehicles.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted by phone only at 403-874-4905. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, will not be subject to any cancellation fee. Any and all deposits will be returned to the client. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick up time, will be charged %50 of the fare.

NO SHOW
If we are unable to contact the passenger or designated contact person with 15 minutes of the scheduled pick up time, the ride will be deemed a no show and the full fare will be charged.

STOPS
The quote for your trip does not include any extra stops requested by the customer. Extra stops requested by the client, will be charged according to on/ off route and/or length of time.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY
Calgary Mountain Tour & Transfer shall not be held liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as, but not limited to, accidents, breakdowns, mechanical issues, road, traffic or weather conditions, riots, strikes, the Queen’s or public enemies, and any and all third persons or affiliates. Calgary Mountain Tour & Transfer, in the event of a breakdown or accident, reserves the right, to substitute another vehicle or transportation service to complete the service.
